Biography
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Disparte's early experiences with economic hardship and natural disasters, such as Hurricane Hugo in 1989, shaped his commitment to resilience and public service. He was the first in his family to graduate from high school and went on to earn a B.A. in International and Intercultural Studies from Goucher College.
